If there is one animal that people are still fascinated by then that animal is the dinosaur. These creatures are considered the greatest to have ever graced the earth and still interest many people, especially those who wonder what caused their demise. From the 20 foot tall Tyrannosaurus Rex to the airborne Pterodactyl, from the spiky plated Stegosaurus through to the biggest of them all, the 36 foot tall Brachiosaurus.
These amazing creatures were brought back to life courtesy of the BBC and its ground breaking television series, ‘Walking with Dinosaurs’ which combined the latest computer technology with scientific facts. It cost 6 million pounds to make and was the most expensive documentary made by the BBC.
However, it proved to be a great success and now it has been transported to the stage. In this production, they have been resurrected to captivate and thrill us once more. This show features 15 dinosaurs, all of them life size, with the star of the show being the mighty Tyrannosaurus Rex. The T-Rex is the most popular of all the dinosaurs and provides a stunning climax to this show.
Watch them roar, fight, move and interact. Be there with them each step of their 200 million year existence on earth in which they dominated all other forms of life. They have been brought to life by William May, artistic director who has been in consultation with Tim Haines, the producer of the hit TV series.
